Project Scope
As an Independent Monitor, the Sow assigned to AiD involved;
- Provision of technical assistance to develop a monitoring plan covering entire survey (Multiple Indicators Cluster Survey – FATA) process including detailed work quality assurance methodology and detailed work plan.
- Reviewing and advising the client on the survey design, survey instruments, field strategy and training material/plan/methodology.
- Monitoring household listing process, process of training of trainers & supervisory/field staff including supportive supervision of training in process, survey process including spot checks of field operations, quality of interviews/measurement and questionnaires editing etc. and
- Physically monitor the data handling control, entry and management.

Also, monitored household listing process, process of training of trainers & supervisory/field staff including supportive supervision of training in process, survey process including spot checks of field operations, quality of interviews/measurement and questionnaires editing etc., physically monitor the data handling control, entry and management, conducting necessary field visits, topographic surveys (providing as built situation with all utilities and relevant information), Geo-technical investigations and tests and detailed designing and supervision of water sanitation & hygiene (wash) component.
