Deputy Manager Engineering
Ms. Hira Zahid joined AiD in 2011 and has the experience of more than 13 years with the firm. She is currently serving as Deputy Manager Engineering at AiD. During her career at Associates in Development (Pvt). Ltd, she has been involved in multiple projects right from Bidding, Contract Award, Inception, Planning, Design, Construction Supervision phases and Post Completion.
Having Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering (Structures), her position entails responsibilities for Infrastructure Designing and technical backstopping of different phases of ongoing projects in the Engineering Portfolio for both Government/Non-Government organizations including Provincial Government Departments, USAID, GiZ, KfW, DFID, World Bank, etc.
Furthermore, her responsibilities on the “Business Development” fronts involved planning, strategizing and doing new Engineering Submissions (EOIs, Technical and Financial Proposals) for different Public Sector Organizations and Donor Agencies.
