Director Punjab
Mr. Waseem Ahmed Hashmi, Deputy Managing Director WASA Faisalabad (retired), is on the advisory board of AiD, undertaking the responsibilities of Regional Director Engineering (Punjab). His career spans over 30 years in the government sector involved in infrastructure development, design and supervision, planning, monitoring and evaluation, research and management and brings extensive experience spanning from the feasibility and planning stages through to the execution of trunk and branch sewer systems, along with Waste Water Treatment Plants and Disposal Stations, within the public and private sector, as well as donor funded infrastructure projects. He has received a myriad of trainings internationally and conducted pre-inspections of materials abroad. He is involved in on-going monitoring and master planning donor funded projects at AiD and heads all communications and implementation of projects with government and foreign clientele.
