Muhammad Adi Shaikh is a dynamic development sector professional currently serving as Manager – Social Sectors & Business Development at Associates in Development (AiD) Pvt. Ltd. He brings nearly six years of progressive experience in the planning, design, implementation, and management of multi-sectoral development projects across South Asia, the Middle East, and, Africa. His academic background includes a Master’s in Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Development Studies.
Adi has led and supported high-value technical and financial proposals, managed strategic partnerships, and contributed to monitoring and evaluation assignments for major clients such as USAID and UNICEF, with several evaluations rated Highly Satisfactory or Exceptional. His work spans across thematic areas including social development, institutional strengthening, gender, youth engagement, and health and nutrition.
In his current role, Adi provides strategic leadership in business development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination, while also overseeing quality assurance for all social sector initiatives at AiD. He has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage teams, craft winning proposals, and align project outcomes with organizational goals.
