The Scope of Work under this activity involved Feasibility Study, Master Planning, detailed designing & Construction supervision of “District Jail Nowshera.
Description of actual services provided in the assignment:
During the implementation of this project, AiD has provided following services to the client:
- Conducting necessary field visits, surveys, feasibility study, investigation and tests
- Technical appraisal of sub projects and updating preliminary designs (if deemed necessary)
- Detailed Architectural, Structural and MEP engineering designs
- Preparation of PC-I/Cost estimates and ongoing cost monitoring
- Preparation of bidding documents and technical support during evaluation
- Construction supervision and contract monitoring with reference to client brief and approved engineering designs
- Verification of contractor bills, work schedule etc
- Submission of progress reports/Completion reports
- Detailed water supply and sanitation schemes designs
