Project Scope and Services

The Department of Health (DoH) Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa hired the services of AiD (in association with Contech International) to conduct an independent validation of its healthcare services project. AiD team carried out an assessment of the coverage and implementation of notified Standards at selected facilities in Project Districts; the success/ failure of the Project in financial terms; and the concept of quality management at the DoH.
