Project Scope and Services

World Bank hired AiD-led consortium’s services to carry out third party monitoring of selected MDTF projects: 1) Southern Area Development Project (SADP); 2) Economic Revitalization of KP and FATA (ERKF); 3) Rural Livelihood and Community Infrastructure Project (RLCIP). AiD conducted quarterly progress and process monitoring of the various projects which focused on a number of thematic areas, including SME development and community based development.
