Project Scope and Services

The Rehabilitation and Reintegration Program for TDPs of (erstwhile) FATA is a development assistance project finacned by the German government which aims to improve the living conditions in five merged districts of KP. AiD provided monitoring and technical assistance services to the project execution agency in three key result areas: Community Institutional Development, Construction/ Rehabilitation of Community Physical Infrastructure (CPI) and Economic Growth & Livelihoods Development.

AiD team also performed field-based monitoring of the formation and working of 373 community organizations; design vetting and the construction of 250 infrastructure schemes; management of skills trainings for O&M and livelihoods and skills development trainings impacting 4,200 beneficiaries.
