AiD was responsible for assessing whether BISP and its Partner Organizations (POs) were implementing the beneficiary targeting process as per the operational manual. This included an assessment of the targeting, data entry, payment and grievance redressal process. AiD also made recommendations to BISP for procedural adjustments, based on field observations.
