Project Scope and Services

This World Bank study aimed to provide insights and recommendations on the current knowledge and use of financial services, the impact of cash transfer payments on financial inclusion and literacy. The study compared alternate payment mechanisms such as the Pakistan Post Office, ATM cards and the use of mobile phones. AiD assisted GHK/ World Bank in the quantitative data collection in KP, Balochistan and Punjab.
