Project Scope

The project scope includes the planning, design and construction supervision of the KPK Police Department’s facilities. This project is led by AiD in association with Mascot Consultants.

Services

• Conducting necessary field visits, surveys, investigations and tests
• Design and construction supervision of water supply layout, sanitation and drainage lines.
• Technical appraisal of sub projects and updating preliminary designs (if deemed necessary)
• Detailed Architectural, Structural, feasibility and MEP engineering designs
• Preparation of PC-I/Cost estimates and ongoing cost monitoring
• Preparation of bidding documents and technical support during evaluation
• Construction supervision and contract monitoring with reference to client brief and approved engineering designs
• Verification of contractor bills, work schedule etc
• Submission of progress reports/Completion reports
• Conducting necessary field visits, topographic surveys (providing as-built situation with all utilities and relevant information), Geo-technical investigations and tests
• Detailed designing and supervision of water sanitation & hygiene (wash) component
