AiD was commissioned by GiZ Pakistan to moderate workshops with both public and private sector on promoting sustainable tourism in KP and Punjab. AiD identified the relevant stakeholders with particular focus on bringing the public and private sector together to bridge the gap between the two sectors and to eventually achieve the SDG agenda 2030. AiD conducted trainings with the public sector and private sector with focus on SDG implementation processes, and how the private sector can contribute towards SDGs at local level. AiD also developed case studies as knowledge products regarding the contributions by private sector towards achieving SDG agenda 2030 in selected districts of Punjab (Soan Valley) and KP (Kumrat Valley).
