Project Scope and Services

AiD assisted GHK, UK (the lead firm) to evaluate the process of targeting by BISP and determine the effectiveness of the scorecard based methodology during the test phase. This evaluation was qualitative and analytical, which determined whether the guidelines specified in the targeting manual were followed. The scope of services included finalizing survey questionnaires with the partner firm; organizing and mobilizing survey teams; data collection; data entry and processing; and reporting.
