Project Scope and Services

The FATA RLCIP was a Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) funded project, aimed at providing relief and rehabilitation to the selected conflict stricken regions of erstwhile FATA. The scope of AiD’s services as the M&E consultant entailed process and progress monitoring of RLCIP activities, capacity building of the project staff on conducting internal M&E and the development of an MIS for the project.
