Project Scope

The FATA RLCIP is an MDTF funded project, aimed at providing relief and rehabilitation to the selected conflict stricken regions of FATA that have achieved some semblance of stability after recent military operations. The project is currently targeting Mohmand, Bajaur and South Waziristan Agency. Relying on a Community Driven Development (CDD) approach, the project funds sustainable infrastructure and livelihoods interventions, particularly in the agricultural and livestock sectors, as well as infrastructure to serve community needs that include water supply for drinking water and irrigation and communications covering link roads and small bridges. AiD Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged by the PMU RLCIP to provide M&E services for the project activities.

Services

The assignment called for Process and Progress Monitoring of the RLCIP PMU’s and AIU’s (Agency Implementation Units) field activities in Mohmand, Bajaur and South Waziristan Agencies, as well as capacity building of the PMU and AIUs for conducting their own M&E. An MIS was also developed for the PMU and MDTF/WB to follow progress of activities online and generate reports. Additionally an MIS was also developed for Southern Area Development Project (SADP).
