Project Scope and Services

The Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund III (PPAF III) project was a World Bank funded US$ 250 million project which comprised of five components – Social mobilization and institution building; Livelihoods enhancement and protection; Micro-credit access; Basic services and infrastructure; and Project implementation support.

AiD’s services were hired by PPAF to perform a project completion review and prepare the Project Completion Report. AiD’s team of technical specialists examined PPAF’s implementation of the project and prepared a report which documented the achievements, outcomes, best practices and lessons learnt.
