Project Scope

The project scope includes;
• Feasibility Study & Establishment of Home Economics College at Abbottabad, ADP No 445/140012 (2014-15)
• Feasibility Study & Master planning & Detailed Designing of Judicial Complex Abbottabad, ADP No 628/140307 (2014-15)

Services

• Conducting necessary field visits, surveys, investigations and tests
• Technical appraisal of sub projects and updating preliminary designs (if deemed necessary)
• Detailed Architectural, Structural and MEP engineering designs
• Preparation of PC-I/Cost estimates and ongoing cost monitoring
• Preparation of bidding documents and technical support during evaluation
• Construction supervision and contract monitoring with reference to client brief and approved engineering designs
• Verification of contractor bills, work schedule etc.
• Submission of progress reports/Completion reports
