Project Scope

The project scope includes the planning, design, construction supervision and evaluation of 35 water supply and sanitation schemes in six districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Haripur, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Battagram, Kohistan and Torghar.

Services

• Conducting necessary field visits, topographic surveys
• Detailed water supply and sanitation schemes designs
• Preparation of PC-I/Cost estimates
• Preparation of bidding documents and technical support during evaluation
• Construction supervision and contract monitoring with reference to client brief and approved engineering designs
• Verification of contractor bills, work schedule etc.
• Submission of progress reports/Completion reports
