Project Scope

Arbab Niaz Stadium is a Test cricket ground in Peshawar, Khyber Pukhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Given the bad on-ground condition especially pavilion and the allied facilities, KPK Govt. decided to hire consultancy services for up-gradation and improvement of Arbab Niaz Stadium Peshawar. The scope of work included:

• Rehabilitation of Squash courts as per standard
• Repairing of all existing buildings
• Sewerage system for over all Sports complex
• Rehabilitation of cricket academy with automatic ball throwing machine
• Overhead water tank with tube well
• Bachelor Hostel with 12 rooms
• Servant Quarter category-IV
• Entrance Gates and Murals
• Spectator sitting area for existing cricket academy
• Internal roads repairing
• Gymnasium
• Drain for cricket ground
• Miscellaneous works

Services

The firm provides consultancy services for implementation of the project through detailed survey of the projects, test and investigations, detailed designing and drawings, submission of complete bidding documents, tender assistance, design review, contractor’s bid evaluation, construction supervision with quality assurance through related field/laboratory test, payment certification and overall project reporting.
