NCHD intended to improve the quality of its education program, its efficiency and effectiveness by conducting a Third Party Validation exercise. AiD team performed validation of all 282 Feeder Schools supported by the NCHD in the region, and a sample-based evaluation of the 11,158 Literacy Centers.
