Project Scope and Services

The overarching goal of Aus Aid funded Expanded Early Recovery Project (EERP) was to rehabilitate lives, support essential infrastructure and thus build resilient communities in areas hit by floods and insurgency. AiD was engaged for an evaluation to assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the community built infrastructure schemes (CPI) and to provide recommendations for current and future AusAid funded projects.
