AiD Pvt. Ltd. led the implementation of the Composite Training Programme (CTP) which was part of the KP led Governance Support Programme. The broad objectives of the programme were to identify and train local government functionaries in a number of areas relevant to their needs, focusing on five broad training requirements which included: Local Government Ordinance 2001; Local Councils Protocol; Leadership and Management Skills; Human Rights and Local Government; Gender perspective and Local Government. The activity included the design, field testing and implementation of training events in all 957 Union Councils followed by district level events in each of the 24 districts.
