Project Scope

The project scope includes the design and construction supervision of the 44,000 square feet Bacha Khan Model School and College. The total cost of the project is PKR 115 Million. On completion the project will benefit over 700 students at school and college level. As a model facility the building included a multi-level academic and administrative block, laboratories, mosque, principal’s residence and play area.

Services

The firm provides consultancy services for implementation of the project through detailed survey of the projects, test and investigations, detailed designing and drawings, submission of complete bidding documents, tender assistance, design review, contractor’s bid evaluation, construction supervision with quality assurance through related field/laboratory test, payment certification and project reporting.
