Project Scope

AiD provided consultancy services to the client during following two stages during the project implementation:

a) Feasibility, Planning and Design Stage
b) Construction Supervision Stage

Services

Services provided to the client during ‘Feasibility, Planning, Design and Construction Supervision Stages included data collection, Survey and investigative activities. AiD staff carried out feasibility study of the site through topographic surveys, study/determination of site with respect to seismic zoning, maintaining liaison with relevant department (WAPDA, SNGPL/Public Health/NHA, etc), evaluating client’s requirements analytically and technically for various project components. Prepared architectural and structural designs of buildings and allied structure ensuring QA/QC requirements. Also, ensured expedited progress at the construction supervision stage ensuring timely initiatives in terms of execution of planning, guidance, programming, inspection, monitoring of constructions activities, and contractors’ performance in addition to timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports to the client.
