Project Scope and Services

The evaluation focused on assessing the relative efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of Khushal Pakistan Program (KPP) interventions as implemented by four Rural Support Programs (NRSP, PRSP & the BRSP) and the respective local governments. The assessment focused on whether the RSPs’ strategy of participatory decision making, demand-driven project menu and cost sharing with community creates a larger impact than the other traditional development programming approaches/ mechanisms.
