The Assessment and Strengthening Program (ASP) for was a five-year (US$ 45 million) USAID-funded initiative, that aimed to strengthen the capacity of local organizations to effectively manage development funds. ASP was implemented by three Pakistani organizations; Associates in Development (AiD), Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN) and Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). AiD-ASP   provided   technical   support   for   the   Capacity   Building   and Institutional Strengthening component through the development and implementation of customized capacity building interventions.
