Project Scope 

As the designated sub-contractor for NESPAK core Services shall include;
• Planning activities: this shall include engineering support and technical assistance for conceptualizing preliminary analysis, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies
• Design activities: this shall include detailed engineering designs, plans and cost estimates for assigned projects and activities
• Technical support and oversight: this shall include project management and oversight services for contracts/agreements in the agreed sectors and for each task order
• Stakeholder coordination: this shall include close coordination with multiple stakeholders including key Pakistani ministries, provincial offices, donors, NGOs, communities and others as required

Services

The project scope includes architectural and engineering technical services to USAID Pakistan, in the sectors of transportation, vertical structure, water control infrastructure, water and sanitation services, energy and power. Services also include demand driven capacity building and organizational development support to multiple USAID partners in public and private sectors. Services included;

• Conducting necessary field visits, topographic surveys (providing as-built situation with all utilities and relevant information), Geo-technical investigations and tests
• Detailed designing and supervision of water sanitation & hygiene (wash) component

Spread over five years the program covers all four provinces, AJK, GB and FATA. This is a multiple award indefinite quantity contract with a shared overall ceiling price of USD 120 Million.
