Project Scope

The Governor's House in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan is a historic building and close to the Peshawar Museum. It serves as the official residence of the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In order to improve the existing water supply , sanitation/sewerage and Sui Gas system of Governor House , C&W FATA division had awarded a contract to AID for design and construction supervision services for rehabilitation, preservation and up-gradation work in Governor House Peshawar under ADB No 454/130456 (2014-15).

 

Services

The services performed by AiD included detailed surveys, feasibility study, planning designing including PC-1 preparation, detailed engineering designs, BOQs, assistance in tendering process, bids evaluation, construction supervision including quality control, verification of measurement, contractor's bills and evaluation of  (a) drinking water supply schemes and (b) sanitation works (including sewerage, drainage, solid waste and other related components.
