Project Benefit Monitoring and Evaluation (PBME) aimed at capturing the progress of the project and its achievements, impacts and benefits on the communities. The major objective of the PBME exercise was to draw lessons and generate recommendations for future projects of the similar nature.
The scope of services included detailed assessment of various programmes implemented under the KPK Second Urban Development Project (SUDP). The key components of the project included infrastructure works in water supply, sanitation, rural/urban roads and streets, sewerage/drainage, and solid waste disposal.
The final detailed report included major findings based on 17 case studies as well as the beneficiary survey of the selected components/schemes.
