Project Scope

The project scope included Monitoring and Evaluation services for the US$290 Million USAID funded 'FATA Infrastructure Project covering the entire FATA and parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

 

The project scope included following targeted activities:

•           Nearly 500km of roads

•           9smalldams

•           Over500km rehabilitation of power lines

•           Up gradation of a60kvto 132kv and other infrastructure

•           132KV Grid Station Wana

•           Amandara headworks and allied structures

 

Services

Core Services included design vetting and third party monitoring of construction quality and progress; payment certification against pre-agrees milestones, assistance to FWO with review and approval of designs and cost data and technical assistance to COTR/USAID for emerging tasks. Services also involved ensuring a baseline survey, a mid-term evaluation and an end of project evaluation.
